Delivery Information
Fires & Fireplaces Direct will dispatch all your goods within the UK mainland from Monday to Friday, direct from our warehouses and deliver them direct to your door. Delivery times are only estimated but we aim to get your goods to you within 10 - 15 working days. We will contact you with the first available date for your area to arrange delivery, if the date allocated to you is not convenient we can re-arrange this date to the next available slot. This may lengthen your delivery time depending on what goods you have ordered. We may not be able to confirm whether it will be an AM or PM delivery, due to the general logistics of the road network for our own vehicles and the different types of carriers we use, but all goods should arrive at your door before 6pm. All the prices shown on this website include VAT.
Marble, Limestone & Granite Products
With transporting fireplaces for many years we know that damage in transit is a problem when trying to deliver Marble, Granite or Limestone products. Therefore, on all occasions, we will deliver these products through our experienced distribution team, so that these items can be handled with special care and attention. These fireplaces weigh between 120kg to 300kg and arrive securely packed in crates, so you will need to prepare an area for the fireplace to be stored before the goods arrive.
Because of the nature of the products being delivered please ensure that someone is there to make an easy access to the point of delivery and there is sufficient manpower to help. All goods must be checked and signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over and will not be left without a signature.
Collection From Our Warehouses
We are happy for you to collect goods from our warehouses and no delvery charge required, please contact us to confirm a collection date and which warehouse you need to collect your goods from.
We would recommend that you contact us regarding the suitability of your vehicle for transit of your goods before collection, as some items are very heavy and in large crates.
Our warehouses are open from 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday and collections are only available within these times.
