We highly recommend you to use a Limestone sealer and cleaner with this product to seal and protect your fireplace - See optional extra's below to add these products.
Limestone is natural product and can have some imperfection within its structure this may vary considerably (dark veins, fossils and crytals etc.) and these are of no detriment to the product. For this reason you should never expect your fireplace to be the same as the one you see.
